Directions For Use:
Add 3 scoops (65g) to 1 pint water in a Nutrisport shaker. Twice daily. Pour over cereals in the morning instead of milk to massively increase start of day protein levels. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a healthy varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool dry place.
